Step by step method
- Make sure your IT department has opened SSH/port 22 on your allocated ethernet socket. This ensures a safe connection between your device and endoscopemanager.com. Additional information can be found in this checklist.
Don't worry if this isn't possible. We have a workaround involving an extra piece of hardware. - Place your monitor and power it on and connect it via HDMI.
- Unpack your LightControl, place it on the table and check for possible transportation damage
- Connect the power cable to the electricity outlet and to your LightControl.
- Plug your UTP cable into the allocated ethernet socket.
- Now switch your LightControl on. The DoviCircle on top of the left header module will show you progress. You can find more information about the DoviCircle indicators here.
- Connect DoviSCAN and plug the cable into the USB port of your LightControl. Your DoviScan will turn blue and beep
- LightControl is done setting up when you see the DoviCircle breathing.
- Push the sphere module to its starting position on the right.
- You can now start testing.
