How Dovideq support is organized.

Dovideq offers multiple possibilities concerning service and training. In case a local representative exists in your region, physical service can be done on-site.
If not ,we will send replacement parts and instructions. If no internal technical assistance is available at your facility we can plan a visit or arrange for a pick up of the equipment.
In any case, we first access your system remotely and do a diagnosis. Why ship something that we can fix together?
